ABOUT NOJOOM rewards program - KUWAIT

Nojoom (‘Stars’ in Arabic) is Ooredoo’s rewards system that allows you to earn points based on your Ooredoo spending. Nojoom allows you to benefit from an attractive range of rewards, services and experiences.

Nojoom Rewards Program is FREE to join and open to all Ooredoo customers (except business plan customers) who are legal residents of Kuwait and hold a valid Civil ID.

Nojoom has 4 main tiers – Red, Silver, Gold and Al-Nokhba. Upon enrollment to Nojoom, you will be allocated a tier based on your spending over the previous 6 months. You can earn points through spending on Ooredoo’s eligible services as well as spending with Nojoom Earn Partners such as KFH Baitak Nojoom Card or Booking.com Nojoom co-branded website. As you advance to the next tier, the more points you can earn. These points can be redeemed and converted into rewards.

Nojoom members can use their points to benefit from a wide array of rewards. They can redeem their points for cash vouchers from our network of partners such as all Alshaya stores and Burger King covering all industries in Kuwait, exchange their points to miles with leading airline companies such as Kuwait Airways and Qatar Airways, select specific Ooredoo services and top-ups and transfer their points to friends or charity donations. The newest redemption option is Nojoom Deals, offering the chance to unlock unique merchant discounts and deals, outlined in detail in the below section.

ABOUT NOJOOM DEALS

    Nojoom Deals is a points redemption marketplace that allows Kuwait’s Nojoom members to use their points to redeem specific deals or offers from participating merchants.

Any Nojoom member in Kuwait can benefit from the offers available on Nojoom Deals. Offers come in the form of discount vouchers, buy one get one free deals, freebies or upgrades from merchants and can be unlocked individually from as low as 330 Nojoom points.

The merchant offers are organized into 4 categories: In Style (fashion and retail), Dine and Celebrate (coffee shops & restaurants), Enjoy the Show (entertainment, activities and sports) and Take a Break (salons, spas and clinics).
